    Stephan,
How far does the 32 spline output shaft extend from the 465 transmission. I'm doing a 32 spline doubler kit and and found someone to shorten my long shaft to work with a rare 465/203 adapter, but since I don't have the shaft in the transmission, I can't measure the exact length it sticks out to know how much to shorten it. HELP! If you had a 32 spl 465 and put a 32 spl 203 on the end of it, how much space would be between the two housings? Thanks

What input gear are you going to use on the NP203? Keep in mind that the splines are rolled on the 465 shaft so you can't cut a 32 spline end on it after you cut it off. That might be the most important point here.
