    I have a 1979 blazer 205 transfer case(I been told )4 spd trans with lock out hubs..I want to get rid of the 4spd and put in a automatic..what automatic will bolt up to the 205 transfer case?..will i need a adapter? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

    That 205 will have a different spline count than the one needed for the automatic. The best route might be to see if you can trade your entire setup for the automatic setup.

    ill trade you lol i would lvoe ot trade my 700/208 for a 4spd/205, but right now the truck is up for sale.

    I'm located in York Pa,I'd gladly trade even up..I know most people like 4spds..I don't off road i just use it for my work truck,if you have a auto w/matching transfer case for sell let me know
