4X10/6X9

    Did chevrolet ever put 6x9's in pick ups?(single cab unless you can use a 4door type) Im talking about old style truck like 87 at the oldest(except for 1ton 91)and if not how would you convert to 6x9's these 4x10 arnt so great

    make a plate about 10"by12" and mount the 6x9 in there then screw that to the side panels

    Easiest way is to get some boxs for the 6X9's. If you don't have the room for them ( /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif They're very small, so I don't see how you wouldn't. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif ) you could always cut the opening for the 4X10's out large enough for the 6X9's.
     
  4. I just put 6x9's in my Sub. I cut bigger holean covered it with a aluminum plate. You can see it on my webshots link.
