    56 \"springs for 3/4 ton?

I have a 81 3/4 ton which has heavy stiff 56"springs in the back. I'am going to do a shackle flip and would like to install 56 "1/2 ton springs w/ the teflon pads. I'm looking for a softer more flexable spring and ride. Which years if any did Chevrolet use them ? Or are there other alternatives? Thanks Ron

I thought 52" and 56" were the only spring lengths used on the chevys.

You are absolutely correct my mistake I have a 94 and 81 trucks and was confused. I 'am looking for 56 " 1/2 tpn springs w/teflon pads. Thanks Ron My post is edited to reflect.
