Golden State Pickup Parts is one that pops up in my mind.

BTW, do you have one of these trucks? Interested in selling? /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif

What kind of info? I had a '57 Burb with the original Napco drivetrain. Learned lots from that experience before I gave up on it.

    Re: \'57 chevy 4x4

Thanks guys for the help. I looked last night and it is a napco. I did get the truck I traded a calf of mine for it about worth about $400. It had a 350 in it but the guy I got it from took it out a couple years ago. The 6 is in the bed and I don't think theres any hope for it now. I think I have all the parts or at least all the big parts. Anyone know the value of these trucks?

Wow, an original Napco truck. I think these can be quite valuable to the right person. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

A couple years ago, I traded a pair of SB heads, BB heads and a '73 2wd Crew Cab body for a '55 Napco original 3/4 ton 4x4 longbed stpeside. It has the original 265 V8, 4spd, transfer case, and all the running gear. Body is pretty rough. Unfortunately, I don't know too many details about these type of trucks yet. Looks to have the original 17" split rims on it and I think the tag on the front end said it has a 4.57 gear ratio.

What are the details on your '57?

I don't know many yet Thats why I'm asking for help finding info on them. I know itsa '57, a napco, it had a straight 6, and thats about it. I'm thinking its just 1/2ton but the badge on the hood says 3200. I'm going to get soem pics of the truck and the axles today or tomarrow. Its kinda ruff but I think I maybe able to find some body parts for it.
