Does anyone know what years the 57" springs used for the ak57 came inthe fords. A friend wants to build his own version for his rockwell setup.

IIRC they are from 86-96 2wd F150s. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif I hope he intends on building a beefy anti-wrap bar with those rockwells. The 57s are very soft. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Thats what I am trying to tell him. He doesnt think he will need limiting straps either. And he wants to run a form of springer suspension front and rear. I dont think it will work w/o limiting straps but he swears it will. I geuss we will learn.
