Now you can spend next weekend starting to put those axles under your rig! I'm not sure though if I could drive 600 mi. with no cruise control. How sore's your right foot?

I once drove 5000 miles for an 82 Blazer. Vancouver to Austin TX and back in 5 1/2 days. Blazer was well worth it, flat towed it the whole way home...then a couple of weeks later while prepping it for paint I took the time to compare the VIN # to the title. Title was one number off and i ended up having to part it out.

600mi / 75mph = 8 hours on the road, assuming you drove 75 the whole way. I'm guessing then that it was probably more like 10 hours on the road then wasn't it?

I've had days myself where I've had to get up a 3 or 4 in the morning, be out the door by 6 to get to an airport 100+ mi. away for a flight to Chicago, and fly back the same day, so wind up not getting home until about midnight or 2 in the morning, so I know what it feels like.
