6" lift question

    6\" lift question

    Hey i was wondering since i already have a 4" lift can i just add a 2" block to the leaf srpings or do i need to buy a 6" block?

    Do you have a 4 inch block in there already? If so DO NOT put another 2 inch block there. Stacking blocks is very dangerous. The block could slip out. If you already have 4 inch blocks in the rear, you can get add a leafs. They'll give you about 2 inches of lift. I don't think a 6 inch block is available. The biggest I have seen was 5.5. I think it would ride like $hit with 5.5 inch blocks. You could get an ORD shackle flip that'll lift 4 inches. you can add 2 inch blocks to that ot get 2 inch lift springs. Repeat, DO NOT stack blocks. And I really hope you don't have blocks in the front...especially stacked ones.

    ill second the front blocks DANGEROUS!!!and dont stack em either.

    I'd buy a set of add-a-leafs and go from there, they'll give you about 1.5-2 inches more lift.

    A broken 84 k5 and lots of mud, it sucks to be me

    And I third that do not put blocks in the front.And do not stack them...
