    6\" Lift Question?

I would like to know average distance between the frame and the axle tube on anyones truck that has 6-8" of SUSPENSION lift and running 36-37" tires. How much lift would you guys need to run 37" tires without any problems?

oh yeah, and you can get by with a 6" lift for 37's with no trimming if you dont flex much or if you do flex, its trim time. /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif

With a 6" lift & 37's and not trimming, you will have to drive carefully on the streets, or a dip or bump and the 37's will trim the front fenders for you. /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

I have 6 and 3 and 38s on 12 wide wheels. At full turn the tires are awfully close to the fenders and they have been trimmed a bit.

Just for a comparison for ya, I have a 6 inch plus 1 with 35" SSR's that flexes pretty well and I still had to trim the front fenders some.

Let me rephrase that. At full turn on flat ground the tires come close. W/ flex they would hit.
