Has anyone used a wiring harness so that the torque convertor will lockup if you're running a carb. If yes, which brand did you use and what, if any, problems did you have installing this.
    Thanks,
    Marc

I am using the TCI kit that I purchased from summit. I did not install the internals in the tranny. I had my tranny shop install it why they were installing my output shaft. The kit gives you the choice of running a toggle switch so you can manually switch the converter off and on. I chose not to use it. All you have to do is hook up 2 wires one to a 12v source and another wire to the outside of the tranny harness that connects to a module. You then run a vaccum line that connects to the module and the carb. Pretty simple.

Mine is a very simple one wire/ground setup. I don't remember what pins they are, but the convertor is either locked or unlocked, based on my toggle switch.
