    will a properly built up 700r4 handle towing and some abuse?? i have a th350 that was built ant it would grab second gear and flame up rear tires with35"BFGs with 3:73 gears.also used to 203 transfercase how durable is a 208?

    yes, just keep it cool! I have been running a built 700r4 for a couple of years now... works great for me. Steve Watson has one behind his 468 in the TTC Jimmy... so if built correctly they can handle mo' power.

    Id stay away from a 208 if I was you... slip yokes suck. otherwise the 208 is fine.
