    Ok.. If I were to get a used 700R4 for a good price how much would it cost to have a rebuilt? This is a plow truck at the moment but I'm thinking of taking the plow off and fixing her up like new again. Wouldn't mind just having this tranny sittin around ready to go when the one in the truck goes south... /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

    A "built" hi performance th700 goes for about 1,500 to 2,000 bucks rebuilt. You can get stock rebuilds for around 700 or 800 bucks.

    i could do the same rebuild that is in my plow truck for 900. where are you at in michigan?

    i did a stock rebuild with all the upgrades, corvette accumalater springs, drilled spacer plate, shift kit, and a few other mods.
    i can build it to do what ever you want. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

    that price also includes a new torque converter /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
