72 upper rear hatch

    hi,the question; can you use a rear hatch door from a 73-75 on the 72 top?dont know if the mechs are different. thanks

    Unfortunately, I don't think that you can. The tops are different shapes. It seems like everyone is looking for a new rear hatch for their top and I'm sure that someone would have mentioned it if they were interchangable.

    73-75 tops don't have a rear hatch. If you want a new one Cheyenne pickup parts (405-872-3399) has them. Part # is LGF6972 and goes for $385. /forums/images/icons/shocked.gif

    the last couple of months ive been seeing them for auction on ebay.there is a company making them new and selling them on there.if you look in ebay stores they might have a listing on there for the hatch
