Can I use the body from a 73 K5 Blazer full top on the frame of an 85 K5 Blazer?

Yes, but you'll have to fabricate some new body mounts for the mounts just behind the front seats...

A friend of mine just bought my '77 K5 and I threw in my parts '85 K5. He was going to do the same thing you're talking about but he found it was too much trouble for him. He just decided to transfer everything ove the the non rusted out '85 and keep it a '77 on paper. He also decided that the 4" lift wasn't enough and put an 8".
