    \'76 K10 update

I talked to my friend about the '76 K10's light trouble and he says that the problem is 100% in my steering column and that I will hardly ever be able to track it down. Thats not a big deal since I plan on having the column and tranny switched out soon.

I was under the dash and saw the gear selector wsa hidden up in there. I was wondering if they put the gear selector up in there and just didnt secure it or if my truck originally had an automatic transmission or if it came with the manual but still had the selector.

I know somebody souped this truck up It has a pretty racy sound to it you know the great lumpy cam sound, so I wouldnt be suprised if somebody slid a manual in it.

    Anyone know?
