the springs and shocks are shot on my 78 jimmy...curious if anybody has a good reccomendation for replacements...i would like to upgrade to polyurethane bushings as well. i'm not interested in lifting it as it is my daily driver and sees only mild trailwork...currently it has the stock springs with rancho 5000's. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Rough Country sells stock lifted springs.I believe that they are like $200 a pair.It would be actually cheaper to buy the 2 1/2" lift kit, front springs, rear blocks and shocks for $300.That or find someone local that replaced their springs with lifted ones and buy his/her old springs.
