Fast question to see if I am missing anything. When I turn my blinkers on the fuse blows.
    All bulbs are good
Hazards work good all 4 flash
Turn signal relay has been replaced.

I am leaning toward a bad turn signal switch in the steering column. What you all think.

If your 4 ways work that pretty much says that your blinker wires are good. The only change in wiring is the turn signal switch. Did you check for pinched wires where the switch wiring comes out at the bottom of the steering column?? If those are good then I agree that the switch is most likely bad. I think that I paid about $20 from GM for the last one that I bought.
