If i run my 8 inch springs in the front with a zerorate to move the axle will i have to do much trimming to run my 38's?
Will i have to lengthen my front drive shaft?

nope, might need slight to clear at full compression
you will at least need a shaft with a longer slip, probably longer overall as well
