    how bad is the tail pan and the floors? if its not too bad i might be intersted

    The floors aren't that bad, I've seen a lot worse. The tailpan needs to be replaced because the PO welded in some 2x3 channel iron and didn't leave a spot for the tailgate to bolt on /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif The tailpan costs about $125. The only other spots that have major rust are the corners behind the seat where the floor drops down to meet the rear of the tub. That could be fixed easily with some sheet metal and a little welding.
