    Hey Y'all,

I got a 87 S-10 blazer, 2.8, autotrans. untill today it has always worked great, pull it in 4x4 inside and it's always went right in no problem.I tried it today, and it's like the inside shifter won't go back far enough to catch 4 lo, I tried and tried but all I got was this awful grinding sound. After cutting motor off, I did get it to go into 4 lo by pulling boot back as far as i could, and pulling shifter back also, it did go in, and I cranked it up and put it in gear it went, but still no 4x4 light. You think the shifter is needing adjustment? ideas plaese. Thanks,
