I checked out an 89 1 ton today but it had IFS? I thought they were solid axle until 91 in the 1 ton?

I thought the 1 tons stayed solid front later than the 1/2 and 3/4 tons?

Apparantly the 1 ton standard cabs were available both ways from 88 to 91, but the crew cabs were only available as the SFA style. The IFS ones are K3500s, the SFA ones are V3500s

Everybody needs to learn the differences between the "K" and "V" series trucks. This way there won't be any confusion and repeated replies. /forums/images/icons/wink.gif
