Need to know where to connect the EGR on a 90 Chevy 4.3L engine. The vacuum line goes where? Does it connect to the TBI itself, or does it plug into a sensor?

    All help appreciated.

It should attach to a thermal vaccum switch that is probably threaded into your intake manifold. The EGR isn't engaged until your engine reaches normal operating temperature. Connecting the EGR to the TBI will give you a very rough warm-up.
