90k5blaze, where did you get the Edelbrock ram air box. Looks like a nice addition to the motor. Thanks in advance.

    get it here <a target="_blank" href=http://www.ramairbox.com/>http://www.ramairbox.com/</a>

It's pricey but well built. Opt for the upgraded hoses

90k5blaze, did you notice a performance difference between, the OEM set-up and dual air? I'm sure your mpg suffered a tad due to old adage that more air = more power = more gas... I have a '91 with TBI and I'm trying to make sure if it's a worthwhile option. Thanks again.

    Alex,

Not being a smartA$$ or anything but check peoples profiles before asking questions. it helps because most of list what we have in our trucks.
I have a 96 vortec motor with the edelbrock MPFI system. It uses the stock tbi with the injectors removed. In reality my mpg stayed about the same. But I have one heck of alot more power.
Again I wasn't slamming you but trying to help.
