Some of the 90's and 91's had that mirror. But I don't see them very often. As with all things GM, I'm sure that they could be adapted to fit. You would just need to fill in the 3 large holes left on the door after you remove the old mirror. /forums/images/icons/frown.gif Can't help with part numbers. A trip to the local Chevy or GMC dealer parts counter would get you some pics and part numbers.

    You mean these?

They are the power mirrors chevy offered. I don't know the part #'s but a quick trip to the dealership would probably get you the #'s. Just ask for the part number for the power mirror off a 91 Blazer.

I Don't know if the mounting holes are the same. I would like to know though. The control is mounted on the same strip(aluminum/wood) as the strap you pull on to close the door, just closer to the dash. Does this make sense?

They were installed by the previous owner. I have seen them in jcwhitney though and I believe that's where he got them.

My '90 Suburban has power mirrors, but they aren't that style. They look like the standard mirror that GM used for many years, but they are electrically adjustable. You can see 'em here: http://coloradok5.com/photos/showphoto.php?photo=86 You can also see that they don't use the same mounting holes as the ones in the picture above. /forums/images/icons/frown.gif
