As anyone else seen this conversion? There was a 71 or 72 in a Reader's Rides awhile back (like 3-4-5 years ago) in either 4wheel & Off-road or 4x4 Power. It looked pretty sweet - very similar to the 89-91 K5s - just on a first generation

Anyone have any ideas how easy this would be?

I remember that!It was in 4x4 power magazine if I'm not mistaken.I also remeber people writeing in the next months issue asking the same question your asking.Unforetunately I can't give you any answers, but I thought it looked pretty cool as well.Don't know if you you'd need to "massage" any metal or not.
