92 and up Blazer body on older frame how hard is it?

    I was wondering who has done or knows what all is involved with putting the 92-and up blazer body on an older style blazer frame 4x4do all the body mounts line up and are they all the same height. i would like to do this to my blazer. thanks chris

    Nearly impossible - almost all of the frame dimensions are different. OffRoad Unlimited makes a kit to swap in a straight axle on the 92-up frame though.

    I think that it would end up being in the same realm as all of the redneck car body on truck frame creations. You would be making brackets for every mount or just making your own custom body lift with various height pieces and welding your own body mount points to the body.

    And lose the removable top? Is that the reason you guys have Blazers anyway??
