if i live to be as old as my grand pa, i still hope im in as good as shape as he is. He either real close to 70, or over 70 and still rides his dirtbike a couple times a week and HAULS ASS, I cant even come close to keeping up with him, and he does like 30 mile loops usually two at a time when he goes.

cool! it's amazing how some can act like that at that age and others hurt so bad they can't move around like they should. my grandad said before he died at the age 85, that he never had a headache nor arthritis, and never used a cane and still walked several miles a day. on his 75th birthday, he walked 75 miles that week. but yet 1 of my uncles has had 2 knee replacements, one has had 2 open heart surgeries, one has had several back surgeries and the last two have to use a cane to get around with. all of my uncles claim to have arthritis and none of my aunts nor my mom do. makes me wonder what's in store for me???

I wonder how many MPH he was running at "100 meters in 22.04-seconds"?
