    A/C fan won\'t work

I can feel the cold air in the vents but the fan just stopped haven't check the fuse yet. Is there any thing else I should be looking for. I hate electrics...

The fan motor itself. They always go bad.

Turn you AC on full and get under the hood and gently wack the fan motor with a small hammer. If will likely start.....the brushes get old and stuck after many years.....just replace it, about $25 from the auto store.

Check the fan switch. The switch might be burned up.

Does it work at any speed? If it does it could be either the hi blower relay or the resistor pack.

Also check the ground wire...it is usually found on one of the mounting bolts for the fan.Although it may look good, unbolt it and clean it good.
