    Oh yeah, it rains over here. Mainly in the spring. Not the sort of rain you get though. It will be sunny and pleasant one moment, and in 10 minutes it can change to windy, thundering and pouring like the world is going to end, with water flooding all over the place... and then 20 minutes later the sun can be out again and it'll be calm.

    Lately, everytime I try working up there it rains for an hour, is dry for 15 minutes, rains for 2 hours, gets dry for half an hour etc...

    What sucks is that usually I never have a camera on hand when I see some scenic image I want to snap a photo of. Luckily I had the camera close when I saw this, and the sunset looked like that for only about 10 minutes or less.

    Brother, I'm picking up what you're laying down. I have missed out on literally hundreds of awesome photo ops sinced I moved to Canmore. And it seems if I do make a point of bringing the camera to work, nothing ever happens.....:doah:
