Did you ever do something stupid while working on your truck that it was kinda funny?
Well today I wanted to get the 14ff off the porch and into the yard so I could put it on jackstands to paint it. Well the problem is how do I get it to where I want it. So I get the brainstorm and deside to bolt the wheels on it and put some plywood boards up to the porch so I could just roll it off. There was no way I was going to stand in front of it and try and hold back about 650 pounds, so I roll it to the boards and let it fly and I figure it should not go to far. WRONG, it rolled across the front yard about 40 feet and into the hedge which stopped it from going out on the road. Boy am I glad the hedge was there to stop it. It was kinda funny to watch untill it hit the hedge because it almost made it through the hedge and onto the road. I could picture tring to explain that to somebody's insurance co. of how their Honda got totaled by a rear axle and a set of 35's.[IMG]

Heres my most resent one.... I replaced the spark plug wires on the Cherokee. I replaced them one by one , or so I though. When I tried to go around the block to test her out it just fell on it's face. So I opened the hood and double checked them, I had 2 of them backwards, so I took them out swapped them and away I went, Again it just fell on it's face, I was soo pissed at this point cus I had already had the wrong cap and wires from the parts store. So I opened the hood again and just turned the most red I probably could, I had taken the wires off the ends and put them right back on the same post [IMG] dang Jeeps,LOL

Several years ago, I got a flat on the road. So I go to change the tire. I got the flat off and am getting the spare out. Well, I had just gotten the 31's on it and they were my first "big" tires so I still wasn't used to throwing those around. Anyway, I pull the spare down and it bounced when it hit the ground and I leaned over to try and stop it and "THWACK!" it bounced off my face and started going down the side of the road. I guess I chanced it about 50 ft on a very public road with a busted lip. [IMG]
It made me feel even better when someone stopped and asked if I needed help [IMG].

As for stupid human tricks [IMG] I was pulling the shaft on my 14 and sometimes forget that my yard isn't real level. Dumbass me forgot to chock the wheels so I pulled the shaft and watched the truck roll right up and park on my left foot. Didn't hurt, but was a little tough to figure how in the HECK I was gonna get loose. I musta sat there for 15 minutes before a buddy stopped by. Now my boots have a cool swamper imprint all up one side [IMG]

Years ago..my friend wanted to put a light in the engine compartment of his 64 VW Bus. Hooks the light up,and it works! He starts the motor and there was a gas leak from the fuel pump so as soon as he started the motor is caught on fire.A couple of us were under the influence of a certain substance *coughs*(weed) the bus is on fire, which ignites the overhead roof, and the cars on both sides of it.Let's just say nobody was hurt, and the manager kicked my buddy out of the apartment.Total lost was the Bus,2 cars, and a tree....It was some scary sh!t.

reminds me of the time i was under my camaro tighning the shifter lever, well i turned it out of park and down the hill it went almost over my arm. just as my camaro was rolling away a friend of mine pulled up and i was just laying there in the middle of the street. no big damage done, my camaro just ran over some bushes and had a wire fence stop it. then my friends asks "who's the idiot driving your camaro??" ...
