a stupid picture question...

    ok,here it goes...how do you put a picture in with your post?i cant believe i dont know this. /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif /forums/images/graemlins/ears.gif

    right click on the pic go to properties...highlite the url then click the image tab paste the url in there.

    You just can't link a pic from webshots....the software that ck5 is run from won't allow remote links from pages with pop-ups like webshots has.

    When you see a message with an imbedded photo....do a "Quote" reply as if you're responding...... You will then be able to see the syntax of how images are imbedded

    (OR)

    Here's your big clue:

    ....was created by typing this:


    [imagine]http://www.norcalbigdawgs.net/Gallery/albums/albun31/DSC00147.thumb.jpg[/imagine]


    Replace the word "imagine" with the word "image". The other trick to remember is you have to link directly to the .jpg itself....not to a webpage that's displaying it (like a viewer window in Webshots, or CK5 Gallery). You can right click on an image.....select "Properties" and usually get the REAL path that you need to create the imbedded image.
