I just bought an 83 blazer w/ 6.2 liter diesel. I was wondering how hard and what all I need to do to swap a 350 into. I was told the the motor will match up and that I have to change the bell housing. Is this true and what else will I need to do to it? Gas tank and fuel lines?

Bellhousing is the same, its a bolt-in deal. Do a search, this has been discussed at great length previously.
