I think I'll do a study in the neat future about the cycle of questions on Internet message forums.

I've noticed a trend that people fall into a void in which the same subject will come up within hours of each other and according to the prophecy, they get posted in a general forum in which they would be better suited to another forum.

    Hmmm.......................

Sorry, can't answer your question. /forums/images/graemlins/doah.gif

Spend the extra $$$ and get the ac/dc machine.DC provides a smoother arc,and certain rods are meant to be run on dc.Treat the machine right, and it will last.If you want some better explanations from some more knowlegable people try hobartwelders.com or weldingweb.com.
