I just replaced my belts and now my AC compressor clutch keeps engaging and unengagin when I have the AC on. Also when the clutch is engaged the engine RPM lowers while it used to be higher before this probelm. Any thoughts???

I'd say you are low on freon and the low pressure switch is kicking in. I'd also say the idle control solenoid isn't engaging when you turn it on... It raises the engine speed to compensate for the increased load.
