im about to buy an 87' k5 and ive got a ton of things i want to add to it. does anyone know where i can get the following items at the best prices, i cant seem to find them for anything older than 1992 blazers.
1) husky style heavy duty floor mats, that thick rubber or plastic stuff
2) nerf bars
3) grill guard, brush guard? i dunno which i want yet
4) bumpers, might fab them myself though
4) custom door panels, not high priority but they look better
5) custom consoles other than tuffy

Also, anyone know about swapping the 87' grille to a 89-91' style, the rig im looking at is missing the front driver's side fender and the grille, radiator support and such, whats the cost to replace this w/ 91' and whats the time involved?

Read the "grille conversion" submitted by Mudzer on the techincal page....
It has the how to.. the part numbers etc.. that way u can go to the junk yard and find what your looking for..
Rumor has it .. you remove 4 or 6 bolts.. and you can remove the whole front clip in tact....
I'm sure someone else knows about this..
But all the links provided.. are great sources for parts..

K5Silverado05,

Email me here at keith@autoaccessory.com. I work for http://www.autoaccessory.com and should be able to get you a good deal on most of those parts you listed.
