Well I decided to Herculine my bed and cab. So I pulled out all the carpet and foam. And now I have pieces of foam and glue all over the place. What would be the best thing to use. I thought maybe Accetone. /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif Suggestions please

Acetone will dissolve fiberglas resin, so it might be a little overkill. Laquer thinner or xylene is probably plenty tough.

A heat gun also works real well. It softens up the glue so it all comes off pretty easy. I'd use that first and then clean up the residue with Xylene.

Like Trusty said, Heat will do the job. I used a little propane torch and a putty knife. Move the heat around and won't catch on fire.

Prep-sol.....or any wax and grease remover will work...
When I did interiors and healiners....I used alot of that stuff....

Soak-it.....let it sit for a few minutes....then scrape....
