This pic is not really extreme or anything but looks really cool for some reason, be sure to put it in the CK5 gallery, good GMOTM material.
is that the k5 that was on the cover of one of the mags about 6months to a year ago sporting ten bolts. If it is glad to see he put a 14 in
Yep, sure was, that's the truck I sorta patterned my front fender trimming job after
That guy is know 1 ton
what happened here???
i uploaded the pic along with some others.
jekquistk5 - yeah that's him.
Pop goes the D60 spring plate bolts
what i think is now a common break. it happend to the white K5. the two studs for the D60 housing snapped off.
Just searching around and found this forum thread from the Den. Whose K5 is this and what the hell happened??
That is what happens when you snap 2 main leaves at the same time. There is nothing to locate the axle in place and bad things happen.
Cool Pics Dood , so, uhm.... just where is this place at?
I am suprised the shackle side of the spring snapped.
What psi. are you running with your 'locks and the 44's? Those tires are looking nice and mushy in your pics. I'm afraid to do the same since I don't have any safety bead.
a place called the den in san antonio
6 psi. the tire seems to work real good at that pressure but i'm still messing with it.
that rig belongs to duke not sure if he's registered here or not but he goes by that name on other boards. all that happened the day before and i wasn't there to see how it took place.
