I slow boil em in a quality beer (Alaskan Amber!), garlic and onion for almost an hour, brown them on the grill..... /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif 9:10 people want it next time I have a party...or threaten to bring em over some random night so i can cook em for them. While the brats or browning i throw onion slices and green peppers in the remaining beer ( i boil it down to a thick juice) to throw on top when the brats are done. I'm tellin you guys...good stuff! Try it next time-you won't be disappointed!
