Just saw today that the Airwolf DVD (first season) is coming out on May 24. This show came out in '84 I think which would have made me 11 yrs. old. I LOVED this show. Funny how you go back now and watch some of these old shows and realize how cheesy they were. I don't care though. I loved this one and I will definitely be buying this DVD. My favorite thing about the show was the screeching sound that helicopter made. Yea, I'm a pilot and I know it was fake, but it still rocks. :saweet:

the show was ok, but even being 10 years old I knew it was cheesy. Favorite cheese moment, when airwolf shot a missile at an incoming sidewinder from an F15 and hit it head-to-head... direct hit. silly stuff, lol!

That's not cheesy, that's proven fact. Back when I worked for The Company back in the mid-90's, we actually tested that theory live fire and was successful......................................................

That show was cool. I loved the logo graphic. The Wolf's head with bat wings.....

Remember Blue Thunder about the same time? First a movie, then a TV show as well. Same "super helicopter" theme.

I remember "Blue Thunder" but I did not like it nearly as much. It just didn't look and sound as cool as Airwolf. Are there "Blue Thunder" DVD's?
