Alright help needed asap

    Alright think back to the past,

    The Problem: THE FREAKIN LIGHTS WONT WORK RIGHT ON MY '85

    The reverse lights are on constantly everything else works great. A yeare ago The tailights wouldnt work period. The problem is half way home from where it was last year.
    Help me out guys! censores, wires, what is it?

    Sounds you need to get to the heart of the problem....... How do your reverse know when to come on? Is the switch in the column or in thranny itself? I would find that and disconnect it and see what happens from there. Wish I could help somemore but I have no idea where to tell you to look /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

    I have the same thing on mine. There is not to much to this system wiring, reverse switch fusebox, and thats about it. I unplugged my reverse switch and they stay on short in the plug that goes into the switch. The schematic is in the back of the haynes manual.
