Let's see, $75 for tailights for a 4wd vehicle that sees the offroad arena. What's gonna happen on the first trip for these lights and it gets introduced to a tree? That's right, be pissed cause you just ruined a $75 taillight. So I must declare, those lights are gayer than gay.

guess he's having an identity crisis, seeing as those lights were designed by toyota for TWO vehicals. the last gen supras, and the toyota ALTEZZA. go for it, but thats a lot of dime to get some poser *bling*bling*YO

might be ok for a hotrod slammed truck that only sees the roads every summer and thats it. but for an all season 4x4 truck espeacially...hell no!

So now a reply in my defence.

The first time you saw a 4x4 and remembered it was because it looked cool right? You didn't care about what it could do, it was big and loud! For example the thread about "Look mommy it's a monster truck!" I might be pushin 30 but, I am still that kid. Everytime I see a hotrod or a big a$$ truck I point it out and look in aww. I think those tail lights look cool and anything they are on. Call it the "trick" factor.
Your rigs may have way more versility now that they are all lifted with giant tires and hotrodded motors, but what it still comes down to is that it looks killer to you... bottom line.

I call it the "rice" factor. I agree, you should do what you want, but personally I think Altezzas are lame in general, and SUPER lame on an American car, and super ULTRA lame on a truck, and super ultra MEGA lame on an american truck, and super ultra mega UBER-lame on a fullsize american truck. And worse STILL on an OLD American truck, but I can't think of any more modifiers /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif. Did I mention I don't like them?

To each his own, but I hate them.
To me a nice looking rig is a well balanced good clearance HD gear, all necessary equipement.
Obviously some people look for nice head lights tail lights spoiler moon visor, razor back.
They do look good but on a functionnal 4x4 they look ugly.

I personally wouldnt put them on my trail rig, but my bro has them on his 98 slammed s-10.... they do look nice and FIT his rig...
But I do agree if it's a trail rig.. they dont fit, in my opinion...

But do what you want dude!
I'd rather buy gas for a week with the 75 bucks!

i think they look cool on lowered mini trucks but on a rig they would look way outta place that and i personally don't like em because they remind me of imports and imports are like tampons every pu$$y has one

If your talkin about the blue dots on the old 50's pickups I like those. I think they kick arse on a completely stock and clean 50's chevy pickup. P.S. those Altezza tail lights blow dogs for quarters!
