I've gotten used to working evenings/nights cleaning. But recently, its harder and harder to get up mornings. The weekend after we came back from Canada, I went to sleep early, like 7 or 8pm and actually fell asleep that early. I figured I'd get up nice and early and be up early to get stuff done. I woke up at 1pm the next day, and it didn't feel at all like I overslept. Most other nights I dont or cant fall asleep until 3am, and cant get up until 10am. Why can't I go back to being a morning person? I don't feel fully awake and ready to work on stuff until it's already too dark nowadays.
