I feel retarded in the fact that I can read that at 90% of my normal reading speed.

You're not the only one :doah:

Although...studies show that as long as the first and last letter of the word is intact and the same number of symbols are in it as in the original word, you can read it at ordinary speed.

    Heavy Metal, I'm in Sooke

Surpip, I had to Google Oklahoma Blazers. I love pro hockey. Some time I'd love to tour the states and check out some of these lower level pro games and the arena's. You guys have a lot more pro hockey than we do. Is that the Central league? I live close to Victoria BC where the first Canadian ECHL team is and have seen several games. I've been to many games and love it. Only two levels down from the NHL and a Canucks farm club. I don't think it will last here. The fans don't really support them and the media is worse. Here in Canada it's all about Junior hockey.

Bubba Ray, What are you talking about. I think you've seen too many Disney movies.

That's not because of fan support. It was finnancial. When Winnipeg left they were selling out every game. This left a lot of bitter people. With the exchange rate and population for the merchendise it made sense to the buisnessmen. A few years ago it looked like Edmonton and Calgary would be next to go south but I think the american market is getting saturated and it was a bit of a fad down there. I don't think the north eastern states will ever loose their teams. I hope nowone takes offence to this but watching the playoffs last year some maneger or high up with Minnisota called the state southern Canada when taliking about the way hockey is loved there.

There's definitely a bigger hockey following in MN than most places but to call it southern Canaduh is kind of an insult...

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Sorry...you know I had to.

Personally I don't see the insult but I knew offence would be taken by some but it came out of an americans mouth not mine. Hell I live south of the 49'th almost northern US. I know guys that live here that have seasons tickets to the Sea Hawks and Meriners.

There was no offense taken man, my insult comment was a joke, I just figured with all the U.S./Canada prodding going on around here I would take a shot at it. :p:
