paranoid group or something with the rollerblader guy that kills people

    full metal alchamist

i never had any interest in these cartoons until i was bored one day and watched one I was hooked for a long time

Its like final fantasy for playstation

final fantasy x and 7 pulled me in some how and its been years since ive played them but still eventually have an urge to play them

is it just me or what?

Anime fills a gap in the line between a lot of different wide generes. It also has a kind of odd foriegn appeal, being centered in Japan.

When you're faced with a lot of boring American cinema, there is a lot to be found in Anime. Some of it is of a very high level of artform. Some of it is very deep. Some of it is just cute and enjoyable.

It lacks a lost of "western" cliches, it features amazing soundtracks for the greater part, it can communicate ideas and scenes that would be impossible in normal live action film.

There is a downside though, now that it's gotten quasi popular, it's being degraded. A few "Anime" on CN and other Channels is actually bad redubbed French crap. I've noticed a few American shows are stealing queu's from the style, SD and such. Bleh.

    Anyway

I can recommend or lend or give a lot of different good anime if you're interested

I tried to keep up but I didn't. I'm waiting for the Honk Kong dubbed bootleg sets of it to come out. I know, I'm a cheap bastard.

I really liked it as far as I watched it though.

Which ones have you seen that you didn't like? If you want to try something different/better I can reccommend.
