I was just reading below about breather tubes, well i havent taken the time to hook mine up yet after putting my 8 inch suspension on, i have taken it out once, and i was up to my bumpers in mud and water, if i drain the fluid pretty soon, will everything be alright? or has the Damage already been done?

Hard to tell if you did any damage unless you hear something wrong in the axles. I would pull the covers and drain them, clean everything with brake cleaner, put the back togeather and fill them up. Run it for a few miles and then do it over again and hopefully you will be ok after that.
