Just wanted to say goodbye for a few days. I have to head to Georgia tomarrow to bury my best friend. Just is not fair. I feel like I just lost my brother. My friend Pat was a diehard bowtie man. At least I know he is in a better place now. It seems like yesterday we were in the garage playing with his 55 or pulling engines out of something. The sad part is he died in his Vette. He was NOT going fast, he was in bad weather and hydroplaned. The car spun around and went backwards into an oncomming truck. He was killed instantly, I just pray that the 2 people in the truck will be ok. One was airlifted to the hospital and the other by ambulance. The point I want to make is don't take life for granted because in an instant it can end. I will miss him very much.

    Wayne, Donna, and family.

I would also like Henry (bablazer73) for holding my rears till I get through this. I was planning to pick them up this weekend, but will have to delay for a couple of weeks. Thanks Henry.

I wanted to add one more thing. I unfortunatly learned this at an early age when my mother died suddenly when I was 11. When you love someone, they never die. You may not be able to see your freind physicaly, but he is in your heart. With him being in your heart, he will never leave and he will never die. He will always be with you. I still feel my mother looking down on me from up above and take comfort in it. No matter where you are, your freind will always be with you in everything you do and everywhere you go. You will hurt and you will miss him, but take comfort that he is with you.
    Have a safe trip.

Wayne, no matter how hard it will be, ALWAYS remember the good times and try to put a smile on your face when you think of him[IMG]. You hit the nail on the head, life is too short and we must all live it to the fullest. If I died tomorrow, I could say I had a great life. I hope he had a good life and obviously a good friend.......... hang in there bud.
