Are the 28 spline 3/4 ton and 1/2 ton front 10 bolt axle shafts interchangable? If not, anyone know the differences?

    Thanks,

    Thomas.

As far as I know, as long as they are both 28 splines from 10 bolts they are interchangeable irregardless whether its 1/2 or 3/4. I think the only difference is the rotors (maybe calipers too depending on size). Side note, they cannot be interchanged with the D44 which has 30 and even a different length and taper than the 10 bolt 30 spline axles (which are not as common).

    They are the same.

No guessing. The only differnce might be in the outers and the placement of the snap ring grooves. Watson at ORD can give you a little more info on those

    Same thing.

Calipers are all the same too.
