I used to watch UFC stuff all the time back in the day with Royce Gracie, Dan Severn, Tank Abbott, etc. I just recently got back into it. You can find VHS tapes on eBay for pretty cheap and I watched the last pay-per-view.
I guess Ken Shamrock is coming out of retirement to fight Tito Ortiz in a big ol' PPV this month. I've not seen Ortiz fight yet, but I hear he's really good.

Actually, Ken Shamrock was defeated by Don Frye at Pride 19 just last year. Was kinda sad watchin him get beat. Also, remember when Royce used to seem unstoppable? Well, if you can, download his fight with Kazushi Sakuraba on Kazaa. Sakura totally dominates the entire fight.

Cool. I didn't realize that. Don Frye is BAAAAD.
When they were hyping the PPV, they were making it sound like it was his first fight since he left the WWF. I'll see if I can find that Gracie fight. Was it a UFC fight also?

I download UFC stuff from WinMX and Kazaa. What's better than watching someone get their ass kicked (besides kicking someone's ass). I just finished watching one, and Tank got knocked out (I'm talking LIGHTS OUT). Who did that? It was frikkin awesome. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

    Here's to gratuitous violence.

Yea, just a bit huge. No biggie. Maybe I'll find it at the video store one of these days.

Don Frye is a BAD MAN. Shamrock messed his ankle up bad with a heelhook but Frye Would not tap. Frankly I dont think Ortiz has the stones that Frye does and Shamrock will beat him either with a KO or submission.

The old UFC's are classic but the whole sport of Mixed Martial Arts has evolved to the point that a one demension(sp?) fighter like Royce Gracie is at a big disadvantage.

I am a big fan of the sport and train a little for fun and work.
