Anybody ever done this..

    recently i put a 3.5" lift on my blazer and it extended the driveshafts out, but when i drove it made a really loud noise that was just horrible. so one day i unbolted the t-case and found that there was spacers on top of where you bolt it in, so i switched those spacers and put them on the bottom..doing this it lowered the t-case about 1/2", it pushed the driveshafts back in and now it doesnt make that loud grinding/rubbing sound anymore...anybody ever done that or had to do something similar? just curious /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

    Seems like some people have to do that and other people dont have too.

    Had to do that on mine. Check your U-Joint too, mine failed not too long after that.
