Anybody here work with GE/Fanuc robots?

    Just curious, I know there are Industrial Mech's, Electricians, and Millwrights who are CK5'ers.

    I support packaging systems at our facility which use the Fanuc R2000i series 6 axis w/EOATs for bag pick, settle and stack operations.
    Was interested in discussing maintenance and programming for info and ideas.

    Probably not the right forum, but worth a try...

    Robots got a bad rap with me from that skit! I crack up thinking of that every time I hear or read anything about robots.

    I've thought about sliding careers into robotics, but it takes too much knowledge.... Interesting subject though...

    No, but I just got back from the Fabtech equipment show with my dad, and he's thinking about buying Fanuc controls for his strippit. As well as a robot welder. Very innovative stuff at that show. I was very mentally exhausted last night afterwards. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
